Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. only. Stay tuned — more destinations coming soon.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location and are approximate:
United States: 5-9 business days
European Countries: 5-8 business days
Germany: 2-3 business days
Northern Europe & EFTA Countries: 5-15 business days
Canada: 5-15 business days
Rest of the World: 10-30 business days

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated U.S. territories may take an additional 7-12 business days.

Our products are printed on demand and shipped from our production partners worldwide. This helps us reduce waste and offer unique designs tailored for travelers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Only if we haven’t started printing yet. Contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best.

Do you offer express shipping?

At the moment, we only offer standard shipping options as listed above.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for preference changes. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to find a solution!

What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement.

How do I request a return?

Email us at shop@thewanderlists.com with your order number and what’s wrong. We’ll take it from there.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for a damaged or incorrect order.

What materials are used in your products?

Our products are made using high-quality materials and printed with industry-leading, water-based pigment inks. This ensures durability while remaining environmentally friendly.

How do I care for my item?

Care instructions vary by product and will be listed on the product page. Generally, we recommend gentle washing and air drying to preserve prints.

Are your products tested for quality?

Yes! Our production partner operates with an AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) program that checks raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure quality and durability.

Do you offer custom orders?

Not yet — but we’re working on it.

Why are your products printed on demand?

We print on demand to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. This ensures that every item is made just for you, minimizing environmental impact.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

At the moment, we do not offer bulk pricing, but feel free to reach out if you’re interested in a larger order.

Can I track my order?
