You can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.
What qualifies for a refund or replacement:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product, design, or size
- Your item was lost in transit and never arrived
Please note: Since our products are made to order, we don’t offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product type
- Minor differences in color or placement due to the print-on-demand process

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item if applicable
We’ll review your request within 2 business days.
If your item is eligible (damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or lost), we’ll offer one of the following:
- A free replacement
- A refund, if a replacement isn't possible
- Or store credit, depending on the issue
