What qualifies for a refund or replacement:

  • You received the wrong product, design, or size
  • Your item was lost in transit and never arrived

Please note: Since our products are made to order, we don’t offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product type
  • Minor differences in color or placement due to the print-on-demand process

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item if applicable


We’ll review your request within 2 business days.

If your item is eligible (damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or lost), we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement
  • A refund, if a replacement isn't possible
  • Or store credit, depending on the issue
